The high-speed mixer granulator, also known as the high-efficiency wet granulation machine, is a high-efficiency device that combines mixing, humidification, and granulation processes in a single operation.  It features high production efficiency,  with mixing and granulation usually completed within5 – 15 minutes. The granulation effect is outstanding,  yielding uniform particle sizes with good flowability after drying.

The mixing bowl is designed with a conical shape and a rounded bottom to ensure ample material flow and eliminate dead zones. The mixing bowl is designed to withstand 2 bar of pressure. The flip design of the pot cover cylinder is easy to operate, and the seal between the pot and the cover is made of food-grade O-type silicone seal. The lid of the pot is equipped with a scraper mirror for easy observation of material movement and for general lighting, as well as a ventilation respirator.

The stirring motor and reducer are located in the frame beneath the mixing pot. The stirring paddle speed is infinitely variable, controlled by a frequency converter in   the control cabinet.

A manual lifting device using a winch is used to raise the stirring paddle for cleaning and inspection.

The stirring paddle features a composite mechanical seal and air washing. The stirring shaft seal is a dry-running seal requiring no lubrication. Furthermore, the air washing system prevents material from falling into the center of the stirring paddle, thus preventing cross-contamination.

The standard shearing system is included with the mixing granulator. The cutter is located on the side of the mixing tank. The cutter motor is also located on the side of the mixing tank and is covered by a stainless steel casing. The cutter speed can be displayed and set via a touchscreen and is infinitely variable via a frequency converter located in the control cabinet. Different particle sizes can be obtained by adjusting the speed of the mixing paddle and the cutter.

The discharge port is located at the lowest point of the mixing pot for complete unloading. The discharge port plug, equipped with a silicone rubber ring, is integrally molded with the mixing pot, ensuring a tight seal and preventing material accumulation or dead zones. The discharge plug is opened and closed by a cylinder. During material unloading, the agitator also rotates, keeping the discharge port open throughout the process. The agitator speed can be programmed or manually set.

  • Mixing pot has a conical arc-shaped bottom, which ensures smooth material flow and facilitates cleaning.

  • The graphical user interface displays all analog and digital inputs and outputs, and the process curve can be viewed in real time. The process data can be set, stored for calling, and provided with a printing interface for online or historical process parameter printing.
