Vacuum emulsifying machines utilize high-shear emulsification to create stable, fine, and uniform emulsions. Since there is no air, no bubbles will be generated during the stirring process. Seal tank
The seal tank, as the most basic component of the vacuum emulsifying machine, directly determines the progress of the subsequent process. If the tank is not sealed tightly enough, the desired vacuum degree will not be achieved, and leakage will occur during emulsification. Therefore, it is very important to ensure proper sealing. Senior adopts food-grade silicone seals. All interfaces (including the feed port, sight glass, and temperature probe) have passed our air-tightness test. The part in contact with the material is made of SUS316L stainless steel to ensure the hygiene of the materials.

Homogenization method

A homogenizer is a high-shear function tool composed of a stator, rotor, and working chamber. When the rotor rotates at high speed, negative pressure forms in the working chamber, forcing the material (based on actual material) into the narrow gap between the rotor and stator, where it is instantly sheared. The centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotor causes the material to collide violently with fluid in different directions, further dispersing the powder. Simultaneously, the sudden pressure changes disrupt the droplet structure. As the core component, the homogenizer is crucial for ensuring material uniformity and emulsification.

The stirring blades are optimally designed for their intended applications, with precise control over both shape and rotational speed. The blades operate at a moderate speed, featuring a stepless speed adjustment range, and are equipped with a speed regulator and speed recorder on the control panel. The shaft incorporates high-performance sealing components such as mechanical seals and gaskets to maintain perfect vacuum integrity. The system is user-friendly and built with robust construction.

Before starting, the vacuum emulsifying mixer first activates its vacuum system to extract air and create a negative pressure environment. This process effectively eliminates air in the mixture, preventing the formation of mixing bubbles and thus improving solution stability and product quality. Simultaneously, the vacuum state prevents heat-sensitive components from degrading during heating, ensuring a clean formulation. Then, under vacuum, the user can gradually and smoothly add liquid components, solid particles, and other additives to the mixing chamber according to the formulation requirements, avoiding bubble formation.

After the equipment starts, the high-shear homogenizing head, a core component, rotates at high speed, generating strong shear force to rapidly stir and homogenize, effectively dispersing and blending the oil and water phases to form a stable emulsion. Simultaneously, it fully disperses solid particles, ensuring the fineness and uniformity of the final product. During mixing and emulsification, the heating and cooling systems can precisely adjust the temperature of the mixture as needed. For formulations requiring heating, the material can be heated to the required temperature via steam heating or rapid electric heating. For heat-sensitive raw materials, the cooling system can promptly reduce the mixture temperature, preventing component degradation and ensuring formulation stability.

After the emulsification process is complete, the user can select between automatic and manual discharge modes through the control system to ensure smooth discharge of the finished product for subsequent processing or packaging.
