Product Features

The tablet will make orbital motion continuously in a rotary drum sieve, which is clean and sealed, under the action of a plate mixer, turning freely, exchanging fluently, following the process flow and rational parameters, and coating automatically. While the hot air is drawn through the core and discharged from the bottom of the holes under the negative pressure of the air exhauster, to make the coating medium dry quickly, and the surface of the coating is firm and smooth.

The Atomizing Device is the core component of the coating machine, which is composed of a peristaltic pump, a high-pressure airless pump, a spray gun, a silicone rubber pipe, steam, and an electro-thermal double-purpose mixer. Senieer’s advanced atomization technology makes the coating liquid evenly dispersed on the surface of the tablet to form a perfect coating.

Sugar Coating Pan

Sugar coating pan structure is very simple. It is composed of a tilted cauldron body, which is sugar-coated by rolling the pot body and artificial spraying. The process cycle is long, dependent on labor, and does not meet the high standard GMP requirements.

Film Coating Machine(Tablet Coating Machine)

Inside a clean, sealed rotating coating pan, the tablet core continuously moves along a complex trajectory. The film medium is sprayed evenly onto the surface of the tablet core in a mist form through a spray gun. Filtered clean hot air supplied by a hot air cabinet penetrates the tablet bed, causing the coating medium sprayed onto the surface of the tablet core to dry rapidly.

Fluid Bed Coater

The FBG Fluid Bed Granulator is not suitable for tablet coating, but for coating granules, micro pill, and powders. The uniformity of micropill coating is the best in the industry, with a good fluidization effect and a very accurate release control technology. 

There are 3 different spraying methods for the fluid bed coater.
