This pharma blister packaging line is suitable for ALU-PVC packaging for medicines, especially capsules, tablets, and feeders, and the automatic cartoning machine inserts the blister and leaflet into the carton. The carton is sealed and marked with a batch number. An optional blister inspection machine, weight checker, bundling machine, carton open sealing machine, palletizing robots, and other components constitute a complete production line system.

Initial inspection

Before sealing, compare with the products that have not yet been packaged one by one according to the pre-set standard pictures through the CCD visual inspection system. Once the missing, broken, repeated, bad blister, and other errors of the drug are detected, the error information can be sent to the PLC control system in time,  this part of the wrong drug will be eliminated during the shearing process, which is to ensure the stable quality of the pill and blister.

Re-inspection

This line is also equipped with a dual-channel inspector. After sealing, the formed blister plate will pass through two conveyor belts in parallel. As long as the blister board enters the channel, the photoelectric sensor is triggered to take a photo signal, so that the image acquisition data corresponds to each board, and the system will automatically compare the standard image detection. Unqualified blisters will be removed by pneumatic putter. This process is usually completed in a short time and will not affect the high-speed continuous operation of the production line.
