The CST series transport bin, also named IBC transit hopper, is designed to transfer materials for pharmaceutical hermetic manufacturing techniques by our company through absorbing advanced pharmaceutical production technology. Head cover and valve are equipped with a silicone seal ring to ensure pharmaceuticals stay in an airtight, safe, and dry condition. In the meantime, the CST series transport bin can be used with Senieer equipments to improve the integrity and efficiency of the production line.

  • Meet GMP and relevant international industry standards.
  • Storage bin is made of high-quality austenite 304 or 314L stainless steel.
  • A square cone-shaped storage bin with a round corner, all corners are with curved transition, without a blind corner, and residue, with a nice appearance.
  • Both inside and outside surfaces are highly polished, inner surface roughness Ra≤4μm, outer surface roughness Ra≤0.8 μm
  • The tailor-made bucket cover and butterfly valve are equipped with silicon seals to ensure sealing.
  • Groove progress for all welding joints, smoothing and polishing after double-sided argon arc welding.
  • A specially-made trundle to protect the clean area from damage.
  • The ample intensity of the storage bin prevents deformation.
