Product Details of STF 400 Tube Filling Machine

A tube filling machine operates on the principle of precise and automated tube filling. It consists of a tube holder, filling system, sealing mechanism, and control panel. The process begins with placing empty tubes in the holder, which are then fed through the machine. The filling system accurately dispenses the desired product, such as cream or gel, into the tubes.

Next, the sealing mechanism seals the filled tubes to ensure product integrity. The control panel regulates the speed, volume, and other parameters. By combining these components, the tube filling machine efficiently and consistently fills and seals tubes, facilitating the packaging of various products.
