Material Preparation

Before packing, blister materials(PVC/ALU) and fillings(capsules, tablets, amd others.) need to be loaded in advance. Here you can choose manual loading or automatic vacuum loading.

Blister molding

Under the preset temperature and pressure, the heated mold presses the blister material into a cavity. Senieer’s technology can ensure the uniformity and consistency of blister production.

Production filling

The filling is quickly filled into the cavity through the guide plate, then the filled cavity is detected by the monitoring equipment, and the information of the cavity that cannot be filled is reported to the PLC control system.

Blister sealing

The blister cavities are then sealed with a backing material, usually aluminum foil, which is heat-sealed to the plastic film. Precise temperature and pressure control ensure the reliable sealing of the product.

Blister cutting

The continuous encapsulated blisters are divided into independent units, and users can choose the division method, such as single, 2*5, 3*6, etc. Meantime, we also provide embossing printing function, which can press out the raised or concave words or numbers you need on aluminum foil or PVC by heating and pressure.

Transporting and cartoning

According to the preset packaging requirements, the divided blisters are transported to the automatic cartoning machine to complete the final packaging.
