Chapter 3: Working Process of Pouch Packing Machine
The working process of pouch packing machine is simple and intuitive. It can automates the process of filling and sealing various products into pre-made pouches, reducing the manual intervention. The working process of packing machine can be divided into the following stages:-
- Pouch feeding: the pre-made pouches will be fed into the packing machine for printing(optional), filling and sealing.

- Pouch sealing: after filling process, the filled pouches need enter the following stage: sealing. The sealing ways usually include the following: heat sealing, cold sealing, threaded sealing, ultrasonic sealing, etc. Among them, the most common used is the heat sealing way.
