SLC Linear Capping Machine : Product Description

SLC Linear Capping Machine is a medium speed capping machine for bottles, featuring automatic cap orientation, cap feeding, cap placement and high-speed capping functions. Its contact parts adopt SS304 or 316L, compliant with GMP demands. This machine consists of cap feeding device, cap conveyor, 4 sets of capping wheels,bottle gripping belt assembly, cap rejector, etc. It adopts variety frequency speed regulation control, stepless high-speed for cap feeding. SLC Linear Capping Machine can interconnect with other machines such as bottle unscrambler, tablet counting machine, cap sealing machine, labeling machine, etc., to form a medium speed or high speed bottle filling production line.

SLC Linear Capping Machine has many unique characteristics compared to other peer capping machines.

  • Rejecting system for improperly capped bottles and/or aluminum foil missing cap (optional).
  • Variable speed control.
  • Standard option PLC control/color touch screen panel.
  • Snap-on capping system can be integrated into this unit for dual applications.
  • Adopts 4 sets of high-elastic wear-resistant rubber wheel, screw cap wheel and bottle clamping conveyor have variable speed regulation.
  • As adopts gear case transmission, it prevents the machine from problems of synchronous transmission.
