Capsules Sorting And Orientation
First, setting up the machine. The disordered empty capsules in the hopper will be aligned and distributed evenly by laser sensors or mechanical brushes.
Capsule Separation
Separating the body and cap of capsules utilizing vacuum system or mechanical needle system. Which separating system is chosen is determined by the material properties. For granules or pellets, vacuum separating system is a good choice. But it is sensitive to the static electricity or stickness of powders. So, for powders, mechanical needle system is a better choice.
Capsule Filling
In the filling station, materials such as powders, granules or pellets are filled into the empty hard gelatin capsules.
Capsule Caps Replacement And Sealing
By press plate or rotating lock devices to place the capsule caps onto the filled capsules again and have a sealing, ensuring the safety and hygiene of filling materials.
Discharging And Rejection
The filled capsules will be discharged for the subsequent processes. The qualified capsules will experience the processes of sorting, inspection, cleaning, polishing and packaging, and the unqualified capsules will be rejected.
