Product Details of SCF 800 Automatic Capsule Filling Machines

Simply put, an empty capsule is separated, filled, and locked into a complete capsule.
Separate-Fill-Lock
The empty capsule from the capsule hopper enters the vacuum capsule cap separator. The separator is vacuumed to divide the capsule into two halves.
The turntable begins to rotate, when it is turned to the drug filling unit, powder particles and other drug raw materials are filled into the lower half of the separated empty capsule.
The turntable continued to rotate, and the upper and lower ends of the vacuum capsule cap separator began to lock the capsule.

The new turntable adopts a fully closed mechanism design, which has a faster speed and excellent dustproof performance, effectively ensures the cleanliness of drugs, and fully meets the pharmaceutical-grade standards.
