Empty bags are first stacked in the bag magazine, then picked one by one by the vacuum bag-picking mechanism and conveyed to the bag-clamping station. Next, the bag opening is pulled open by upper and lower suction cups, meanwhile, air blowing or forming plates are used to unfold the bottom folded edges for full bag shaping. After that, a corresponding metering device is selected according to material types (granules, powder, liquid/paste) to achieve precise filling. Optional stations including vacuum degassing, nitrogen modified atmosphere packaging and zipper sealing can be equipped as required. The bag opening is then heat-sealed under pressure by temperature-controlled heat-sealing knives and shaped at the cooling station. Finally, finished products are discharged via the discharge conveyor belt.
