Product Details of Top Spray Fluid Bed Granulator

The equipment adopts the top spray granulation process. During operation, the air flow sent from the bottom keeps the material in a stable suspended fluidized state, and at the same time, the binding liquid is evenly sprayed on the surface of the material through the top spray gun. Under the action of continuous turning and hot air flow, the materials gradually form uniform particles, and complete the drying process simultaneously.
