Senieer’s automatic capping machine is a highly automated equipment designed for automatically placing and securing caps or lids onto the openings of bottles. Applicable bottles include round bottles, square bottles or flat bottles. Except plastic bottles, they can also be used for the capping of glass bottles. Senieer’s automatic capping machine series include two types: SCM160 and SCM260. this two types capping machines have different production capacities. The former can cap 20-160 bottles per minute, while the latter 20-260 bottles per minute. Obviously, the SCM160 is suitable for the small to medium scale of production while the SCM260 is suitable for large scale of production. It adopts PLC control system and HMI touch screen, achieving stable working of equipment and easy operation.
