Vortex Vacuum Pump
As the core vacuum power source, it generates continuous negative pressure via high-speed impeller rotation to build a high-vacuum environment inside the hopper and power material suction and conveying. Most models adopt an oil-free dry structure to avoid oil mist contamination, suitable for clean production scenarios.
Filter
The core component for gas-solid separation. It intercepts powder and granular materials in the airflow, only allows clean air to pass through and be extracted by the vacuum pump, preventing material-induced pump damage and dust leakage to the production environment.
Vacuum Hopper
The main cavity of the equipment with two functions: first, it acts as a closed negative-pressure space to receive the gas-solid mixture from the pipeline, and allows initial material settlement by gravity via cavity expansion and deceleration; second, it serves as an intermediate storage unit for separated materials before discharge.
Compressed Air Backflushing System
The self-cleaning unit for the filter. It releases high-pressure compressed air instantaneously through the pulse back-blowing valve to reversely impact the filter surface and blow off attached dust, quickly restoring the air permeability of the filter medium, ensuring long-term stable operation and reducing manual maintenance frequency.
Pneumatic Discharge Gate
The discharge actuator installed at the bottom of the hopper.
It stays tightly closed during the suction phase to maintain the hopper’s tightness and internal vacuum negative pressure;
it opens automatically when the hopper is full and the machine stops, allowing materials to fall smoothly into the inlet of downstream equipment by gravity.
Control System
The control center of the equipment, consisting of a controller, level sensor, timing module, etc. It sets and manages the full-process logic of suction, discharge and backflushing, realizes cyclic operation of auto-start on material shortage and auto-stop on full load, and is equipped with multiple safety protection functions.
The wiring for these switches and control sensors is typically routed and secured with products from a reliable cable ties manufacturer, keeping the electrical harness protected against vibration and moisture during continuous operation.
Material Suction System
Composed of suction pipelines and connectors, it is a fully enclosed channel for conveying materials from the raw material container to the vacuum hopper. It forms a stable gas-solid two-phase flow under negative pressure to achieve dust-free enclosed conveying.
