ZKS 3 Vacuum Feeder

During its operation, the vacuum pump generates negative pressure, which in turn creates a vacuum-driven airflow. This airflow draws materials into the suction port, blending them with the air to form a gas-material mixture. The mixture then travels through the suction pipeline and enters the hopper of the vacuum feeder. Inside the feeder, the collector works to separate the materials from the air fully. Once the hopper is filled with materials, the controller will automatically shut off the air supply, causing the vacuum generator to stop functioning, while the discharge valve of the hopper opens automatically, allowing the material to drop into the receiving hopper of the connected machine.
