A Blister Packaging Machine is used for packaging capsules, tablets, fudge, and other materials in pharmaceutical processes.

Blister heating
The blister-forming film (such as PVC) is heated to a softened state by a heating device.

Blister forming
The softened film is transported to the mold, where, through vacuum forming or pressure forming, the film forms blister cavity shapes that match the mold.

Filling
The formed blister packs are then moved to the filling station, where a feeding mechanism fills the cavities with medicines, small parts, and other materials.

Sealing and cutting
The blister packs are covered with aluminum foil or other capping materials and sealed by heating and pressure, ensuring they are moisture-proof and anti-oxidation. Finally, a cutting device cuts the packaged products to the specified dimensions.
