STP280 Tablet Press Machine is our main equipment for compression of tablets. It is suitable for the medium batch or large scale of tablet press production needs. Based on our exclusive patents and technologies, the new developed STP280 series tablet press machine can meet the needs of medium and high production applications. The movable turret makes the changeover of mold easy and quick, the cleaning also become convenient. In addition, the machine adopts transparent glass in four sides and it can be opened from each side. So the cleaning is no dead angle. The punch quantity is optional, including 20, 24 and 30. According to your production capacity needs, you can choose different models. It is easy to operate and control, just little training.

The working process of tablet press machine can briefly divided into the following parts:

Filling

Powder or granules are filled into the die cavity by hopper. The hopper is connected to feeder, ensuring the powder can flow into the die fluently.

Compression 

The upper punch descends, coordinates with lower punch to exert pressure on the drug powder in the die cavity and then the powder are pressed into tablets.

Ejection 

After compression, the upper punch rises and the lower punch also rises to eject the compressed tablets out of die cavity.

The tablet press machine is widely used in many industries and the most common fields are pharmaceuticals, food and healthcare.

Pharmaceutical: the size, shape and dosage of drugs are significant as the pharmaceutical and medicine field has a high safety and hygienic requirements.
