Product Details of STP265 Tablet Press Machine

STP265 Tablet Press Machine is a high speed tablet press machine that are used to compress powders into various shapes of tablets. This industrial equipment is widely adopted in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries nowadays.

The tableting process briefly includes two steps. First, the lower punch enters into the pie to create a cavity and powder are filled into it. Then, the upper punch are down into the die. After the high pressure, the tablets are formed. After that, the lower punches will eject the formed tablets out.

  • The main motor and feeder motor can be variable frequency adjustment.
  • The rotation speed can be continuously adjustable.
  • Flexible feeding, dust reduce and no cross contamination: the contained double impellers force feeding, which solves the problems of insufficient gravity feeding of ordinary tablet press machine and excessive dust and cross contamination.
  • High utilization rate of materials: the function of powder scraper and the clearance fit between the surface of feeder base plate and the upper surface of middle punch plate, make the powder leakage and throwing no logger happen.
  • Suitable for the tablet compression of raw powder and superfine materials.
  • Automatic adjustment of tablet gravity, achieving the automatic compensation of drug powder.
  • Two types of ejection channels: finished and scrap channels. The scrap tablets can be removed automatically.

Tablet press machine can approximately divided into two types: single-punch and rotary type.

Single-Punch Tablet Press Machine

The single punch tablet press machine is different from rotary tablet press machine. It adopts single die and punch to form tablets, which is suitable for the small production or lab research application.

Rotary Tablet Press Machine

The rotary type has multiple sets of dies and punches that are distributed on the round turnable station. It is suitable for large scale production needs and the quantity of dies and punches can be reduced or added according to client’s needs.
