SSD Single Head High Speed Desiccant : Product Description

Feed the rolled strip desiccant into the feeding structure, guide it around each limit wheel into the servo feeding structure, detect the color mark through the color mark sensor, precisely control the servo action by PLC system, when the desiccants arrive the cutting position, it is cut into bottles. Then, bottles with filled desiccants enter into the next process.

Senieer SSD single head high speed desiccant inserter consists of the following parts: programmable controller PLC, touch screen HMI, variable frequency converter, servo system, switches, photo sensors, color mark sensors, proximity switches, cylinders, etc. Some parts are optional. SSD single head high speed desiccant inserter is a new generation of Senieer desiccant inserters. Dual sensors positioning ensures high accurate cutting and filling of desiccant packs. The mini sensor detect actions, it will alert and stop operating when there occurs empty bags. In addition, no- color-mark mode is available, which is suitable for strip desiccants with no color mark( advice: after operating for a week, fine-adjust of position to avoid accumulative errors.)
