SPF 1 Automatic Powder Filling Machine

The material is pre-placed in the bin, and the feeding machine uniformly conveys the material to four independent weighing hoppers with integrated high-precision sensors. When the weight of the material in each weighing hopper reaches the preset value, the control system immediately shuts down the corresponding feeding mechanism to complete an accurate measurement.
The four weighing units system simultaneously discharges materials to double discharge ports, which are then conveyed by the conveyor belt to designated containers for efficient dual-head operation. Upon completion, the containers proceed to the next process stage via conveyor belt while the weighing hopper and feeding mechanism reset. The PLC-controlled system coordinates the entire workflow, ensuring both measurement precision and production efficiency throughout the process.
