Feed stage

Material was transferred to the hopper by the screw feed machine. Senieer’s powder filling machine adopts a dual stirring device. Stirrer A breaks up the material when it adheres to the inner wall, and stirrer B plays an anti-bridging role.Meantime, we installed a material level detection switch to monitor the material height in the hopper in real time. When the material level is lower than the set value, it will automatically trigger the upstream screw feed machine to prevent idling and material shortage.

Fill stage

The filling motor drives the filling screw to rotate for material filling, which is divided into two stages. First, the screw rotates rapidly to fill most of the material into the container, and this is called fast filling. When the weight of the material approaches the target weight, the screw runs at a low speed to slowly transport the remaining small amount of material, avoiding errors caused by inertia,this part is called slow filling.The pitch, rotational speed, and rotation time of the screw determine the basic discharge quantity.

Weighing feedback stage

The system employs load cells for precise constant-weight control, dynamically adapting to material density variations through a negative feedback regulation mechanism. Upon reaching the preset weight threshold, it immediately triggers an electronic stop signal for filling. When material density fluctuates due to temperature/humidity variations or batch differences, the system automatically adjusts the screw’s fine-filling speed or duration to compensate for measurement errors. The touch-screen electrical control unit integrates all control logic, enabling target weight setting, dual-speed parameter adjustment, and production data storage to meet industry traceability requirements.
