SAS Aluminum Foil Sealing Machine is a high efficient packing equipment and is mainly used to seal the openings of containers such as bottles and jars. It operates on the principle of electromagnetic induction heating to generate high heat on the aluminum foil and cause it to bond tightly with the bottles’ openings to create a secure seal. This SAS Aluminum Foil Sealing Machine is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, medicine, chemical and cosmetics. The water cooling mode can work continuously, high efficient and high speed, operate all day. The induction head adopts bold brass, ordinary tap water can be used to reduce the costs.

SAS Aluminum Foil Sealing Machine : Product Description

Cap sealing machine, also called aluminum foil sealer or induction cap sealing machine, is a commonly used cap sealing equipment. SAS Aluminum Foil Sealing Machine adopts the principle of electromagnetic induction heating. when the machine starts up, it will generate high-frequency electromagnetic field. When containers with aluminum foil pass through this field, the conductive materials in the aluminum foil will generate eddy currents due to electromagnetic induction, so heat is generated, to make the aluminum foil soften and adhere closely to the mouth of containers to form a seal. This is a simple and effective sealing way. Simple operation, wide applications, environmentally friendly and energy efficient.

SAS Aluminum Foil Sealing Machine is specially applied to industries like pesticide, pharmacy, healthcare products, cosmetics, food, lubricant, etc. It is worth noting that this sealing machine is not suitable for the sealing of metal bottles because the metal will block electromagnetic force.
