The pharmaceutical fluid bed granulator, also known as a pharmaceutical fluidized bed granulator, is specially designed equipment used for integrating multiple processes, such as mixing and drying of powder materials through the fluidized state. It plays a key and important role in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and nutrition fields.

In the pharmaceutical industry, the hygienic standards and requirements are very high and strict. Our machines utilize a fully enclosed negative pressure system to prevent leakage and dust pollution. Additionally, we offer various types of dust collection bag filter systems that are easy to disassemble, and three- stage filter including primary (G4), medium (F8) and high-efficiency (H13). The filtration precision meets the cleanliness(Option) requirements of the corresponding pharmaceutical process By employing the latest generation of fluidized bed discharge technology, we achieve fully automatic, dust-free discharge.

During operation, the material is added to the fluidized bed, and the hot air blows the material up through the silo and the air flow distribution plate. The adhesive is sprayed in the main machine through the liquid supply system. The particles of the material are gradually bonded into granules under the action of the adhesive. The particles are gradually bonded into wet granules that meet the requirements during the process of fluidization and liquid spraying. The wet granules are made into uniform dry granules under the action of hot air.
