Empty Capsule Feeding →Continuously and orderly supply bulk empty hard capsules to subsequent stations.

Capsule Orientation→Unify the orientation of the fed empty capsules to ensure all capsules proceed to the next process with a consistent axial direction.

Capsule Separation→Separate the nested empty capsules into two parts, the capsule caps and capsule bodies, and fix them in the upper and lower molds respectively. This is a critical preparatory process before filling.

Capsule Filling→Accurately fill the prescribed dosage of drugs (powders, granules, pellets, mini-tablets, etc.) into capsule bodies.

Capsule Locking→After filling, the capsule cap is reattached and locked onto the drug-filled capsule body to form a fully sealed finished capsule.

Capsule Ejection→Eject the locked finished capsules out of the mold cavities to complete mold unloading for a single production cycle

Finished Capsule Output→The ejected finished capsules are conveyed out of the main unit of the equipment, proceeding to the downstream process or a collection container.
