The Senieer Herbal Capsule Filling Machine is designed for capsule manufacturers handling herbal powders that are difficult to feed and fill consistently. Herbal formulations may contain long fibers, multiple components and powders with different particle sizes and bulk densities, increasing the risk of bridging, layering and capsule fill-weight variation.

To address these challenges, the machine combines assisted powder feeding with multi-station staged tamping. A vibrator helps break powder bridges and maintain material feeding, while progressive tamping expels air and gradually forms the powder into a more stable slug before capsule filling. Multi-station staged tamping applies light pressing progressively rather than relying on one-time compression. The staged process expels air from fluffy powder and forms a slug with more stable density before filling. This supports more consistent filling conditions for powders with variable density. Actual fill-weight performance remains dependent on the formulation and selected operating conditions and requires sample testing.

Supporting Powder Handling Features

The hopper has a source-stated inner surface roughness of Ra < 0.4 μm to help reduce material adhesion. Negative-pressure collection supports herbal powder handling, and servo motors provide adjustable rotational speed.
