How Our Gummy Counting Machine Works
During operation, gummies are fed into the top hopper and pass through a two-stage vibrating feeding system, then fall freely into the camera detection station. The CCD camera identifies each medication particle, and the controller performs image analysis to control the opening of the small and medium feeding gates. The particles are subsequently filled into bottles and proceed through the filling line. During operation, defective or oversized particles are removed at the rejection station, while qualified bottles move to the next stage. This system is suitable for Hard Candy, Soft Candy, M-Bean Gummies, and other types of candies. The gummy sliding track features a three-tiered stepped design, and the human-machine interface is a powerful industrial tablet computer.
