Product Details of SRC240 Pharmaceutical Roller Compactor

Ensuring pharmaceutical production safety is the primary consideration in the design and manufacturing of pharmaceutical equipment. The roll compactors produced by SENIEER have been fully considered and designed in details such as preventing powder leakage, water leakage and oil leakage of the equipment.

Detail 1: The connection between the feeding hopper and the cylinder body uses a foamed silicone rubber strip, fixed with three bolts with adjustable tightness. It can ensure no leakage even during feeding and back-blowing operations of the vacuum feeder.

Detail 2: The sealing ring at the contact between the conveying device end cover and the screw adopts a special labyrinth structure, which closely fits the rotating parts while maintaining flexibility. Its service life is 3 times longer than that of ordinary seals.

Detail 3: The joint between the front cover door and the front panel adopts a hollow sealing strip. The hollow sealing strip made of silicone rubber is easy to compress and has good elasticity. It is installed on the front cover door by embedding. After the front cover door is closed, the sealing strip tightly adheres to the front panel of the frame processed by a grinding machine.

Detail 4: A chiller with a built-in negative pressure water pump device is adopted, which greatly reduces the pressure in the roller inner cavity. At the same time, three-stage sealing rings are used at the spindle end where the rollers are installed to completely eliminate the hidden danger of water leakage.

Detail 5: The motors in the granulating system and feeding system are non-standard customized. The rotating parts are directly installed on the gear motor shaft, eliminating parts such as bearings and completely preventing lubricating oil leakage caused by damage to the lip seals.
