The fluidized bed system consists of an air inlet system, a heating cabinet, a bottom air chamber, material container for top-spray granulation, spray diffusion chamber, dust removal chamber with filters, and a high-pressure fan. The upward airflow passes through the mesh screen at the bottom of the material container, pushing the powdery materials upwards. As long as the airflow’s energy is greater than the gravitational force on the material particles, the materials at the bottom form a swirling movement. With the push of the airflow, the materials enter the spray diffusion chamber.

Since the diffusion chamber has a larger space compared to the material container, the airflow in the diffusion chamber becomes slower. As a result, the material particles slow down in the diffusion chamber. Once the gravitational force on the particles exceeds the upward push of the airflow, the particles fall back to the edges of the container. Throughout the production process, the materials move up and down within the material container and diffusion chamber, creating an irregular, circular fluidized state. The design of the container ensures that materials move vigorously within it, maintaining a consistent flow state, also known as fluidization.
