The BCV Series Post Bin Biender is used for mixing solid granules and powders in pharmaceutical processes.
Push the trolley-type mixing hopper along the fork-type fixed rod and lock it to the shaft. Retrieve the preset process program. The lifting system automatically raises the mixing hopper to the mixing position at a fixed speed. The rotary system operates at the preset speed and mixing time. After completing the mixing within the preset time, the main machine automatically stops and emits an audible and visual signal to alert the operator. After the mixing process is completed, the lifting system lowers the mixing hopper at a constant speed, thereby concluding the entire mixing operation. Concurrently, the printer generates and prints a record in accordance with the preset items and parameters.
