FBG 1000 Fluid Bed Granulator, also called fluidized bed granulator, is widely used in the pharmaceutical, food, nutraceutical, and many other industries. The Senieer FBG 1000 fluid bed granulation process can integrate top spray for granulation and drying in one unit for fluid bed processing, creating uniform, dense granules for tableting or capsule filling. The FBG 1000 Fluid Bed Granulator is a specialized large-scale granulation equipment designed to agglomerate powders into granular materials with a certain particle size and strength. It integrates the three-step process of mixing, granulation, and drying into one, which is based on fluidized bed technology. Air flow is used to keep materials in a suspended and fluidized state, while granulation and drying are completed simultaneously.

Constant air purify, temperature and humidity are among the most important conditions to ensure product quality.
