Product Details of Automatic Tablet Press Machine

The tablet press machine evolves many generations from single punch tablet press machine to rotary high speed tablet press machine. The single punch type can operate electrically or manually, which is suitable for small scale of production due to its low cost and convenient operation. Its working processes briefly include three steps:

Feeding: the lower punch enters into the cavity of middle die and then the feeder fill powders into the middle die cavity.

Tablet pressing: the upper punch enters the upper part of middle die cavity and press the drug powders into tablets.

Ejection: the upper punch rises and exits from the middle die cavity and the lower punch also arises to eject the compressed tablets out from cavity.
