It can achieve the automatic operation of filling, sealing and packing by a series of precise mechanical, electric and control system.

As an fully automatic capsule filling machine, it is constituted of many workstations and reach has unique functions, such as capsule dispensing workstation, capsule separating station, metering and filing station, rejection station, capsule locking station, capsule discharging station, etc.

These workstations work coordinately, achieving the fully automation of complete process from capsule loading and separation to filling and locking. By PLC controller, precisely control every step. There needs very little human interference, significantly enhances the production efficiency.

  • Large filling volume: double raw 27 holes staggered arrangement design, small space occupation, high speed filling.
  • Automatic operation: adopts PLC control, test, control, inching, all steps are controlled automatically.
