SBP160 Blister Packaging Machine is one of Senieer blister packaging machine series. It has two types of packaging materials available: AL/PL, AL/AL. Each is tailored to different products. The AL/PL packaging has a lower cost and is suitable for ordinary drugs while the AL/AL has a strong air-tightness, which is suitable for drugs that are sensitive to light, moisture and oxygen but has a higher cost. It is fully automatic, almost all steps are finished by smart control. Operator just offer some necessary operations. SBP160 is a flat-type blister packaging machine which is suitable for small to medium scale of production of multi-products. Our blister packaging machine offers standard characteristics and customized options to satisfy various needs of clients.

Product Description of SBP160 Blister Packaging Machine

Blister Packaging Machine is designed for packaging various products(like tablets, capsules, pills, etc.) into aluminum foil or plastic bubbles by heating. It plays a significant role in protecting products from deterioration, moisture damage, oxidation and extending the shelf life of products. It is widely used in multiple industries like pharmaceutical, healthcare, chemical, etc.
