SIS Induction Sealing Machine is a cap sealing equipment, which adopts electromagnetic induction principle to seal the bottle neck with aluminum foil. Its working principle is simple. After opening power supply, an electromagnetic field will be generated in the induction head. When the bottles with aluminum foil inside the cap pass through under the induction head, heat will be created to melt the aluminum foil layer, so it can be bonded onto the bottle neck tightly. Then a secure seal has been finished. The induction head of SIS Induction Sealing Machine adopts a special tunnel type structure which has a three-dimensional stereoscopic heating mode to make the sealing effect much better.

SIS Induction Sealing Machine : Product Description

SIS Induction Sealing Machine, also called induction cap sealing machine or induction sealer, is a very commonly applied sealing machine across many industries such as pharmaceuticals, pesticide, healthcare products, agriculture, food, cosmetics among many others. Its sealing speed reaches 200 bottles per minute( PE bottle with 30mm diameter as an example. Its conveyor speed ranges from 0-60m per minute, which satisfies most of your production needs. Optional device of automatically reject bottles with no aluminum foil inside it is available. The automatic bottle feeding device is designed for high speed production.

SIS Induction Sealing Machine adopts water cooling mode, but air cooling is also available. If you select this machine for healthcare products use, air cooling is recommended because it can reduce the effect of moisture to the aluminum foil. The height of induction head is adjustable, so it can adapt to a variety of bottle specifications.

SIS Induction Sealing Machine is an automatic induction sealer machine. It is widely used for plastic bottles in pharmaceutical, food, and healthcare products industries. This machine can arbitrarily adjust the height of induction head within a certain range. So it is suitable for multi-specifications of bottles, which reduces the costs for changing molds or machines. If the induction heads and hosts belong to the same machine model, they can be for interchangeable use. It has the CE certification, compliant with GMP standards.
