SHDD400A Single Column Bin Blender Description:

Senieer’s SHDD400A Bin Blender includes a bin that can process up to 200 kg of net load. It has a total power of 5.2kW. It is built to rotate with a 2-15 rotation per minute speed. With a stainless steel structure and air-tight seals, it is perfect for companies looking for machines to process OEB 4 and OEB 5 drugs.

The SHDD200A is based on the standard bin blender working principle. It works by pushing the mixing hopper into the gyrator arm and locking the nut. Start the control system and lift the hopper to the mixing height. The high-tech control system will itself carry out the mixing process according to the set time, rotation speed, and other process data.

As soon as the mixing process finishes, it is positioned horizontally. The hopper automatically comes to the ground, the machine stops, and process data is printed. Loosen the locknut of the gyrator arm, push the hopper out and move it to the next procedure.
