SBU160 automatic bottle unscrambler is a full-sealed equipment for automatically elevating and unscrambling of bottles in high speed. It adopts high-volume feeding hopper in its inner part, which reduces the working intensity of labors and enhances the production efficiency at the same time. This high speed automatic bottle unscrambler consists of bottle storage hopper, bottle elevating structure, bottle unscramble structure and electric control system. It is suitable for plastic and non-fragile-containers. For fragile containers such as glass, metal, and ceramic, different types of technology such as depalletiers need to be adopted for automatic feeding of those bottles to avoid destroy.
