Working Process Of Senieer Powder Packing Machine
Senieer powder packing machine usually consists of bag making system, metering&feeding device, sealing device and control system.
Bag making system
Bag is cut, formed and positioned in this stage. Parts include motor, photoelectric color mark positioning system and cutting device. The bag length and accuracy are controlled by stepper or servo motor.
Metering & feeding
Accurately metering and filling powder materials into packaging bag. Inner parts include screw metering system, weighing sensor, hopper and mixing device. Screw metering system is suitable for powders with different fluidities.
Sealing machine
Heat or cold sealing for packaging bag. Three-side or four side sealing is commonly used. Some models are equipped with electrostatic blanking device to ensure the cleanness of bag mouth.
Automation control system
Adopts PLC and touch screen, fulfilling automatic control of the whole process. Monitoring the equipment condition in real-time, alerting when any problems occurs.
