Manual feeding assistance + Automatic bottle arranging by machinery

Empty bottles are manually loaded onto the rotary turntable, where centrifugal force disperses them evenly. Using centrifugal force and the bottle’s center of gravity, the equipment automatically identifies and retains upright bottles. As the bottles move along the turntable’s edge, adjusting the guide rails helps straighten them, eliminating any lateral or tilting issues. The remaining empty bottles are discharged through a discharge chute, flowing uniformly and steadily into downstream processing areas such as labeling, before entering the downstream packaging process.

Stainless Steel Rotary Turntable: An inclined disc with a smooth, corrosion-resistant surface, serving as the core area for bottle handling.

Adjustable Guide Rails: By adjusting its position, it guides bottles to move orderly along the edge of the turntable, preventing bottlenecks or overturned bottles.

Discharge guide groove: Ensures smooth transfer of sorted bottles to the conveyor belt for the next processing step.

Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Motor: Controls the rotation speed of the turntable to accommodate various bottle shapes and production rhythms, offering simple and reliable operation.

Adjustable support feet: Used to level the equipment, ensure smooth operation of the turntable, and reduce vibration.
