Continuous Pouch Sealing Machine

Continuous conveying and flexible adjustment for your packaging workflow

Continuous Pouch Sealing Machine

This continuous pouch sealing machine combines bag conveying and heat sealing in a semi-automatic packaging process. A conveyor beneath the sealing unit supports filled bags and carries them through the sealing section, reducing the need for operators to hold and move each bag throughout sealing.

Adjustable height helps accommodate different bags and adjacent workstations, while the mobile design allows convenient repositioning. With suitable conveyor height, speed, and bag transfer arrangements, the machine can serve as a sealing station within an existing weighing, filling, and downstream packaging workflow.

Adjustable sealing temperature and conveyor speed accommodate different heat-sealable bags. The machine is a practical option for businesses that already fill bags and want to improve sealing while keeping the initial equipment investment manageable.

Product Features

  • A lower conveyor supports and transports filled bags through the continuous sealing section.
  • Adjustable height helps accommodate different bags and adjacent production workstations.
  • Adjustable temperature and conveyor speed support different heat-sealable materials and film thicknesses.
  • A mobile design makes equipment repositioning and packaging layout changes easier.
  • Adds continuous sealing to an existing filling process with less initial investment than a full line upgrade.

Product Details of Continuous Pouch Sealing Machine

The lower conveyor supports filled bags and carries them through the sealing area, reducing continuous manual handling. For heavier bags, adequate support also helps prevent the bag’s weight from pulling on the opening during sealing.

The machine can be positioned after weighing and filling stations and arranged to feed subsequent packaging operations. Integration requires compatible conveyor heights, speeds, and bag transfer methods. An operator is still needed if the upstream equipment cannot prepare and guide the bag opening into the sealing section.

Height adjustment provides flexibility when positioning the machine alongside existing workstations. Matching the sealing position to the bag and nearby working surfaces can reduce repeated lifting and lowering during bag transfer.

Check the sealing centre height and conveyor surface height separately to confirm that the available adjustment suits your layout. When switching to taller or heavier bags, use actual filled bags to check support and conveying stability.

Heat-sealable bags within the machine’s size and load limits can be evaluated using different temperature and conveyor-speed settings. When changing materials, establish settings for the new bag rather than automatically reusing the previous setup.

Insufficient heat or excessive speed may produce weak seals. Excessive heat or slow conveying may distort the bag opening. Trapped powder, product particles, and folds can also affect sealing, so keep the sealing area clean and flat before adjusting settings one at a time.

The machine can be repositioned near different filling stations as production needs change. This makes layout adjustments easier and provides access for cleaning and maintenance, particularly in operations handling multiple products or smaller batches.

After repositioning, check machine stability, power connections, and working height before restarting production.

If manual filling meets your current output requirements and sealing is the main bottleneck, a continuous sealer can improve that stage while retaining your existing weighing and filling process.

A standalone semi-automatic sealer generally requires a lower initial equipment investment than a complete system with automatic bag feeding, filling, and sealing. It still requires an operator to prepare and feed the bag opening, so consider labour costs and future production plans alongside purchase cost.

Current Product: Continuous Pouch Sealing Machine

Continuous conveying and flexible adjustment for your packaging workflow.

The continuous pouch sealer is a semi-automatic machine that combines bag conveying and heat sealing after filling. Its lower conveyor supports and transports the bag while the sealing section closes the opening, reducing repeated holding, repositioning, and individual sealing operations.

Adjustable height, controlled temperature, and mobile positioning provide flexibility where bag sizes change, workstation heights differ, or packaging layouts need rearranging. These features help the machine fit around existing weighing and filling operations while improving the sealing stage.
