Key Components Of Cartoning Machine

Its key components include carton magazine(hopper), carton erector, product infeed system, folding and closing mechanism, reject station, drive system, control system, and outfeed conveyor.
- carton magazine(hopper): the pre-fold carton blanks are stored within it. According to the size, shape and type of cartons, automation demands, the hopper can be custom designed. If you want to extend the shelf life,
- carton erector: it opens the flat carton blanks into erected positions. It usually contains suction cups, folding arms and glue applicator(optional). Senieer adopts high efficient carton erecting mechanism such as planetary gear type carton erecting structure. By adjusting the shape and size of parts of carton erecting gripper and squeeze guard, make it compatible with cartons with different materials, thickness and sizes.
- Product infeed system: loading products(such as bottles, blisters and vials)into the cartons. We offer diverse conveying ways such as belt conveying, vibratory conveying and screw conveying according to the product characteristics.
- Folding and closing mechanism: seals the carton after loading products. Except the traditional adhesive gluing and hot-melt sealing, other sealing methods such as tape sealing are also available to meet the packing requirements of different products.
Reject station: equipped with smart rejection system, such as visual and weight detecting device, etc., automatically identify and detect substandard products, and reject it accurately.
