Senieer SDD dual head high speed desiccant inserter adopts dual head insetting devices, so it can deal with two rolled desiccants at the same time, which reduces the time for changing rolled desiccants when downtime. Hence, It enhances the production efficiency greatly. Automatic control, adopting PLC system and servo motor, ensuring high accurate cutting and filling of desiccant packets. Nitrogen protection is optional, suitable for sensitive products like drugs and food. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical, food&beverage, and nutrition supplements industries.

SDD Dual Head High Speed Desiccant Inserter : Product Description

Desiccant inserter, also called desiccant inserting machine or pouch dispenser. Senieer SDD dual head high speed desiccant inserter adopts dual head, so it can achieve faster filling of desiccants. It also resolves the adjustment difficulty of desiccant round table due to the differences of manufacturers, and is suited for all sizes of desiccants. It can adjust according to the thickness of desiccant packets. Color mark detection and photoelectric control makes it easy to operate.

 

This machine adds automatic downtime function when the equipment door is opened, which can protect operators ‘ safety effectively. Senieer SDD dual head high speed desiccant inserter adopts PLC system control. All parameters can be adjusted and controlled in the operating interface.

The working process and principle of SDD dual head high speed desiccant inserter is simple. The continuous strip desiccants go through photoelectric detection device first, then will be cut into separate small bags. These cut small packets are filled into bottles coming from bottle unscrambler. The dual photoelectric sensors will automatically detect the color mark and thickness of desiccant packets, to achieve precise cutting and filling operation. The servo motor ensures high accurate cutting and filling, and can automatically adjust the gripping force to avoid the slipping or tearing of desiccants.
